一、项目介绍及招生计划 Program Introduction and Enrollment Plan
1.项目名称：非学历教育汉语语言生Non-degree Chinese Language Program for International Students (1 year program).
2.学习与结业：学制1年，学习结束并通过课程考核者将取得课程结业证书。
Study and Graduation：Chinese language courses last for 1 year. Students will be issued the certificate of completion after finishing all the courses and passing the curriculum assessments.
3.招生对象主要以“一带一路”沿线国家和地区为主。汉语语言生30人，其中“一带一路”奖学金生15人，校级奖学金15人。
We mainly recruit international students from countries and regions joining the Belt and Road Initiative, including 15 Provincial Belt and Road Scholarship Chinese language students, 15 University Scholarship Chinese language students.
二、申请截止时间Application Deadline
申请材料递交截止时间为2021年12月20日。
Application deadline: December 20, 2021.
三、申请基本条件Requirements
1. 递交申请材料时需年满18-25周岁，条件优秀者可适当放宽年龄限制；
Applicants should be at least 18 to 25 years old when submitting application materials; while excellent applicants above 25 years old are also considered.
2. 持有效外国普通护照的非中国籍公民；
Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens who hold a valid ordinary passport of a foreign country；
3. 身体健康，品行良好，具有相当于普通高中毕业学历。
Applicants should be in good health and behave well. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
四、申请材料Application Documents
1.湖南科技学院来华留学生入学申请表。

2. 护照扫描件 A scanned copy of the passport.
3. 最高学历证书及成绩单原件。
Scanned copies of the highest diploma and transcripts, both original and certified English or Chinese versions are required.
4. 出入境检疫机构或指定的公立医院出具的近6个月外国人体格检查记录。
Physical Examination Record for Foreigner from the Entry-Exit Quarantine Bureau or designed public hospital in recent 6 months is required. If there are two pages or more, then the medical record needs to be stamped with the paging seal (the photo also needs to be stamped with the seal), and the physical examination conclusion should be "qualified" and "healthy". Doctor’s signature, hospital name and test date must be clearly written on the form.
5. 相关部门出具的无犯罪记录证明。
A non-criminal certificate issued by relevant authorized departments in recent 6 months.
6. 3分钟视频个人自述，内容含自我介绍及来华学习计划。
Three-minute video personal statement, including a self-introduction and detailed study plan in China.
7. 六个月内的护照规格电子照片。
White background passport specification photo within 6 months.
备注：以上复印件在报到时须出示原件。
Note: Original copies of the above must be presented at the time of check-in.
五、收费标准Fees
收费标准如下: Fees standards are shown as follows:

学费按照学年一次性缴纳，缴纳时按人民币价格收费，未按时全额缴纳学费者不予注册。
The tuition fee is paid in accordance with the academic year and charged at RMB. Students who do not pay the full amount of tuition on time will not be registered.
七、奖学金Scholarship
1. 湖南省“一带一路”奖学金：第一学年免学费、注册费、基本教材费、住宿费、综合保险费。我们将综合评估学生申请材料择优录取。
Hunan Provincial Belt and Road Scholarship: free of tuition, registration, textbook, accommodation and insurance fee for the first academic year. The scholarship will be awarded based on the overall evaluation of applicants’ performance.
2. 校级奖学金：免除当年一年学费，住宿费等其他费用照常缴纳。
University Scholarship: free of tuition for the first academic year; other fees, like accommodation, textbook, insurance fee and so on need to be paid.
3. 入学之后，如果学生违反学校规章制度、违反中国法律法规收到相应处罚，学校有权收回所有奖学金。
Upon admission, the university reserves the right to withdraw all the scholarship if the international student violates any university's rules and regulations as well as Chinese laws and regulations.
八、关于签证Visa
受新冠疫情影响，目前境外来华留学生尚不能入境，教学以线上课程形式开展。如我国关于外国人出入境政策有新变动，将视语言生实际教学进展情况以及教学需要统筹安排学生学习事宜。
Influenced by COVID-19, international students are still not allowed to enter China border. All the teaching activities will be carried out online. If there are new entrance policies for international students, we will make overall and further arrangements according to the actual teaching progress and teaching needs of our university.
